2. What Data We Collect

Contact form submissions

Our contact form collects your full name, work email address, and a technical brief or scope of work. When you submit the form, your device opens your own email client and sends the message directly to info@indvaltech.com. We do not operate a server that receives or stores this data — it passes through your email provider to ours. No data is transmitted to IndvalTech servers via the website.

Language preference

If you accept our cookie notice, we store your chosen display language (en, de, or pl) in your browser's local storage under the key lang. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

Consent record

We store your cookie-consent decision (accepted or declined) in local storage under the key indval_consent. This is strictly necessary to avoid repeatedly asking for consent and is not transmitted to us.

Data we do not collect

We do not use analytics, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts that profile visitors. We do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, or behavioural data through the website.

  • Email enquiries — retained in our email system for up to 3 years or until the business relationship concludes, whichever is longer.
  • Local storage data — persists in your browser until you clear site data or browser storage.
